Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk“ will select and develop 1,000 leaders to realize Saudi’s vision. 2030 Leaders is an exclusive world-class leadership program tailored for Saudi leaders and delivered with renowned global academic partners with Saudi context in mind. The program curriculum will equip leaders with the necessary skills to adopt different mindsets to deal with unprecedented challenges in the Kingdom and will enable them to leverage their leadership, experience, and legacy to lead teams and organizations and deliver on Vision 2030 strategies and objectives.

 

The Executive Leadership Toolkits

The 2030 Leaders Program is more than a leadership program; it is a transformational experience designed to empower senior leaders with the mindsets, competencies, and practical toolkits needed to drive large-scale transformation across the Kingdom.

This program delivers a comprehensive suite of toolkits, ensuring leaders leave not only with insights but with practical strategies to apply immediately within their organizations.

Program Prerequisites

1. Geographic Location:
Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
2. Youth-Focused Impact:
Over 50% of the organization's beneficiaries should be youth.
3. Legal Status:
Registered NPO (e.g. Association, nonprofit company or endowment) or Social Business (e.g. has commercial registration along with social business accreditation).
Program Prerequisites
  • Must be an accomplished senior leader in public or private sector; or a successful entrepreneur with aspirations to take on a national leadership role.
  • Must have a minimum 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Should be able to clearly articulate plans to realize Vision 2030 goals and make a long-lasting impact.
