Join thousands who've unlocked their potential through eye-opening journeys alongside top establishments.  

The Misk Traineeship Program connects participants with top-tier co-op programs, traineeships, and graduate development programs with esteemed local establishments.  

In-depth information about the available opportunities will be revealed to applicants who pass the initial selection process. 

It takes around 4 weeks to get to the opportunities browsing (once shortlisted). 

The Program duration ranges from two months to a full year.

During your traineeship, you will benefit from different features:

  • 1:1 Mentorship sessions
  • Career guidance workshops

  • Beneficiaries will be more confident, optimistic, and ready for their professional future.
  • Beneficiaries will expand their professional network and self-awareness of natural strengths and areas of improvement.
  • Beneficiaries will receive a certificate from Misk Foundation upon successful completion of the traineeship program.

Application Criteria

1. Geographic Location:
Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
2. Youth-Focused Impact:
Over 50% of the organization's beneficiaries should be youth.
3. Legal Status:
Registered NPO (e.g. Association, nonprofit company or endowment) or Social Business (e.g. has commercial registration along with social business accreditation).
Application Criteria

Program requirements

  • Saudi nationality
  • Senior university students or recent graduates (less than two years of experience)
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic
  • Reputable university background
  • The cumulative GPA should not be less than (3.75 out of 5) or (2.75 out of 4) or its equivalent

Sign up through Misk Hub to create your profile.

Complete your application.

Misk will evaluate your application.

Accepted applicants will go through a virtual group interview.

Successful applicants will have access to the Misk Traineeship Portal to browse available opportunities they can apply for.

Participants must complete the Career Essentials Program to unlock their eligibility for our program.

Once candidates are accepted by the establishments they’ve applied to, they will go through additional assessment processes.

Once a candidate is accepted at an establishment they have applied for through the Misk Traineeship Portal, they will receive a confirmation email of their acceptance and enrollment details via email. All applicants will receive an update via email on their application status within 4 to 6 weeks of completing their application.
