Program Details:

Through this Program, participants will be introduced to the core concepts of UI and UX design, including how to conduct user research and identify user needs by employing a human-centered design approach. Additionally, the program will cover how to develop professional interfaces using the Figma design tool.

The program covers the following concepts:

Delving into digital product essentials, covering the basics of UI/UX design and the principles of layout grids.
Embarking on the user experience journey, including career paths in UX and the application of human-centered design methodology.
Acquiring skills in user interface design with practical steps and design principles to kickstart the design process.
Gaining expertise in UX research, learning about different research types, setting goals, and planning the research phases.
Creating impactful case studies, honing UX designer soft skills, building a professional portfolio, and best practices for design handoff.
Completing a comprehensive final project that encapsulates all the learned concepts and skills in a real-world scenario.

Program Prerequisites:

1. Geographic Location:

Must be based in Saudi Arabia.

2. Youth-Focused Impact:

Over 50% of the organization's beneficiaries should be youth.

3. Legal Status:

Registered NPO (e.g. Association, nonprofit company or endowment) or Social Business (e.g. has commercial registration along with social business accreditation).

A degree in a technical discipline.
Pass the admissions process.
Personal laptop.
Available to attend the course's full 8 weeks. (Sunday to Thursday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM).
